Directed by Dr. Karim Yengsep, JRE is an audition-based Honors big band consisting of students, Alumni, community members, and professional guest soloists. First conceived in the pre-pandemic days, JRE had the opportunity to perform live at Campus JAX, Roscoe's Jazz Lounge, OC Musician's Union, and other venues in Orange County.
