Jazz Masterclass Series: Jazz Trumpet with Leonardo Valverde, MM (1)

Mr. Valverde will hold a masterclass on trumpet performance technique, practicining routine and exercises, developing sound on the instrument and finding your voice through jazz improvisation. Leonardo holds a Master of Music degree in Trumpet Performance, from California State University, Fullerton. He performs classical, Latin and jazz music and has performed in Europe, Central America and the U S. In addition to his ongoing international performing career, he enjoys coaching music students in trumpet performance, embouchure, correct breathing, sight singing, sight reading, exact rhythm, and solo and ensemble performance in classical, Latin and jazz styles.
